for individuals
Transitions ask something new of us. Let us work out what that something is.
Whether the shift is visible to others or only to you, transitions tend to ask more than we expect. I work with people who are ready to move forward and want to do it thoughtfully.
We start from
Your hopes, strengths, values, and what is already working
We move towards
A future you have helped to shape and that feels more like yours
How we get there
Small, meaningful steps rather than one large leap
Where and when
Online, in English, German, or Dutch, at your pace
Where the work takes us
Transitions come in many forms
Every area below is, at its core, a transition. A shift in role, identity, relationship, or sense of purpose. They often overlap, and most people bring more than one thread. What matters is not which category fits best, but that you recognise yourself somewhere here.
Work, performance, and professional identity
Impostor experiences, burnout, perfectionism, and the psychological challenges of high-demand environments. With a focus on sustainable performance, because doing your best work over time requires a different relationship with yourself than most of us were taught.

Parenthood and family transitions
Infertility, pregnancy, birth, early parenthood, and the profound identity shifts that come with becoming a parent, or trying to. Including loss. This is the space where all of that is welcome.

Retirement and life after work
One of the most underestimated transitions there is. When a career has shaped your identity, your structure, and your sense of purpose, leaving it behind asks something significant. Something a financial plan alone cannot address.

Loss, grief, and life after loss
Grief lives in many transitions, not only in bereavement. The end of a relationship, a career, a version of yourself you expected to keep. A space to sit with what has been lost and find a way forward that honours it.

Expat life and international transitions
Relocation, adjustment, belonging, and the quieter losses that come with building a life between cultures. I have lived this myself, which means I understand what the practical guides do not cover.

Mental health and emotional balance
Transitions put pressure on our inner resources. Self-compassion, emotional overwhelm, and reconnecting with your own needs are often part of the work, whatever the transition looks like from the outside.

How It starts
Simple. No forms. No commitment.
An initial conversation is free and it is just that: a conversation. You tell me a little about what you are navigating, I tell you how I work. We explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
Most people work with me bi-weekly, typically for five to ten sessions. There is no fixed programme as I genuinely believe in tailored solutions and no pressure to commit beyond what feels right for you.
1
A free initial conversation
Twenty minutes to explore what you are navigating and whether working together might help. No preparation needed.
2
A first session
We explore what you are hoping for, and what you already know about yourself that we can build from.
3
We work towards your future
Instead of mapping problems, we will be building a picture of where you want to get to and finding the steps that take you there.
Ready when you are
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
If you recognise yourself in any of this, that is enough of a reason to reach out. You do not need a clear question or a crisis. Just a sense that something is worth exploring.
