For Individuals

My clients are often people who function well and have managed a great deal on their own. What brings them to coaching is not a crisis — it is a transition that is asking more of them than their usual ways of coping can provide. Sometimes that looks like exhaustion or self-doubt. Sometimes it looks like a life that no longer fits quite right.

We work together in a solution-focused, resource-oriented way — starting from your strengths, your values, and what you already know about yourself, and building from there towards what you are hoping for.

Sessions are held online, typically as a series, in English, German, or Dutch.

Work, performance, and professional identity

Impostor experiences, burnout, perfectionism, and the psychological weight of high-demand environments. With a particular focus on sustainable performance — because doing your best work over the long term requires a different relationship with performance than most of us were taught.

Expat life and international transitions

Relocation, adjustment, belonging, and the quieter losses that come with building a life between cultures. I have lived this myself — which means I understand what the practical guides do not cover.

Parenthood and family transitions

Infertility, pregnancy, birth, early motherhood, and the profound identity shifts that come with becoming — or trying to become — a parent. Including loss. This is a space where all of that is welcome.

Retirement and life after work

One of the most underestimated transitions there is. When a career has shaped your identity, your structure, and your sense of purpose, leaving it behind asks something significant of you — something a financial plan alone cannot address.

Loss, grief, and life after loss

Grief lives in many transitions — not only in bereavement. The end of a relationship, a career, a version of yourself you expected to keep. This is a space to sit with what has been lost, and to find a way forward that honours it.

Mental health and emotional balance

Self-compassion, emotional overwhelm, inner pressure, and reconnecting with your own resources and needs — particularly during periods of significant change.
